Job Details:
1) Reviews menus to determine type and quantities of meats, vegetables, soups, salads and deserts to be prepared.
2) Plans cooking schedules to have food ready on time but not too far in advance of serving time.
3) Prepares and portions entrees, starches, vegetables, soups sauces, breads, desserts, salads and other food itemusing standardized recipes for patient and cafeteria food service and/or catering functions.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
