Interface / Programmer Analyst

Job Purpose and Scope:
The Programmer Analyst is an exempt position that is part of the Customer Support Group. This position assists with application and interface maintenance and development for the hospital. The Programmer Analyst works directly for the Director of Information Systems and in coordination with the Applications Coordinator to implement and integrate new technologies.

Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
I. Application Development
A. Develops and supports applications for Clinical and Business functions of the hospital.
B. Provides documentation and supports application end users and other IT personnel.
C. Works directly with the Applications Coordinator to interface new EHR software systems.
D. Participate in supporting specific applications when necessary
E. Keep up to date on current regulations and industry trends
F. Represent the hospital at industry, state, and local meetings
III. Performs other duties as assigned.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Ability to work in a team environment
Programming skills

C#
MS-SQL
DB2
HL7 language

Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
Crystal report experience preferred

Associates s Degree in healthcare or IT related field

5 years experience working in a healthcare environment with applications (Bachelor s degree in related field can be substituted for some experience)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
