Responsibilities:
The Member Experience Advisor (MEA) will be responsible for servicing our members in a fast and efficient manner.
The MEA is expected to be knowledgeable about our products and services and provide answers to members' questions.
Other duties include processing transactions, maintaining full accountability of credit union contents, interfacing with other departments, monitoring cash flow and handling regular and one-time deposits and withdrawals.
Greet members, including walk-ins, phone and internet contacts in a warm and friendly manner.
Answer basic and general questions about the credit union's services and products, as well as hours of operation.
Ensure money is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide account details to members.
Provide account information to members via phone, online or in person (e.
g.
checking balances, closing accounts etc.
).
Perform account maintenance on current members accounts.
And other duties as assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
