Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Membership sales focus with commission possibilities & tips on top of hourly pay - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to appropriate departments - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle & serve guest requests/drinks and complaints promptly and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills - Will involve beer & wine sales, must meet AR state legal requirements - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Previous experience in customer service on-site sales or a similar role is preferred - Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with composure Note:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
