- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Upsell additional menu items to increase sales - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required - Knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary skills is a plus - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with retail math for cash handling and transactions - Experience using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system, preferably Aloha POS - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail At our company, we offer a supportive and inclusive work environment where you can learn and grow.
