Being polite and courteous to customers and understanding needs of the community and try to help where we can.

Position requires some retail, but most of all a willingness to learn and be a team player.
Must have clean background check, have transportation to and from work, and present yourself in positive manner in keeping with Boll Weevil Pawn standards.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
