Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the property - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files - Provide administrative support to the property manager - Assist with negotiating contracts and leases - Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving - Coordinate property maintenance and repairs - Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and schedule maintenance tasks - Assist with overseeing vendors and contractors -Drive to Properties to take Quality Marketing Photos and post for rent Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively - Proficient in data entry and file management - Knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures is beneficial - Experience with CMMS software is a plus Job Type:
