Daily Tasks:
Calendar:
Scheduling events, meetings, travel, etc.
Answer/ send/ create emails on behalf of the office manager.
Run errands as needed.
You will prioritize these day to day activities down to the minute.
Many other duties on a daily basis.
A large majority of computer work daily.
Must be very proficient on a computer.
Will be using the following daily:
MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Pro, and someone who has QuickBooks experience would be ideal.
